Surrey RCMP is updating the public that wanted individual Timothy Bornyk is in custody.

On June 12, 2023 Timothy Bornyk failed to attend court for his scheduled court and a warrant was issued for his arrest (Media release 2023-09-18).

On October 11, 2023 Bornyk was taken into custody by the Surrey RCMP Property Crime Unit with assistance from the Surrey RCMP Gang Enforcement Team and the Lower Mainland Integrated Emergency Response Team (ERT). He was arrested in a residence in the 7500-block of 203B Street in Langley. He was remanded in custody until his next appearance date on November 3, 2023.
